The Ordinance may be inspected in its entirety in the City Clerk's Office during business hours (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday -Friday). Interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to - the proposed ordnance. Ordinance No. 09-2019 An Ordinance of the City of Cape Canav- eral, Brevard County, Florida: amending Section 110-28 of the City Code related to Due Process and Special Local Notice Requirements for certain zoning hear- ings; providing for the repeal of prior in- consistent ordinances and resolutions, incorporation into the Code, severability and an effective date. The City Council reserves the right to continue or postpone hearings to a date certain without re -advertising.
