The trusses may not be capable of supporting the intended load. This condition may also occur in other areas that were not observable during the inspection and raises the potential for collapse of a large portion of the roof system. Photo A main roof -spanning truss is supported by a screw jack. The 09: bearing end portion of the truss shows signs of wet rot (see photos 04 and 05). Severe deterioration has caused holes in the roof sheathing such that these structural elements are continually exposed to the weather. The truss may not be capable of supporting the intended load. Dense overgrowth - potential vermin refuge Rear patio contents include: lawn equipment, planters, chopsaws, bench. grinder, buckets, wheelchair, chairs, upholstered recliner, concrtete blocks, plastic storage bins, pool net, jars, hose, table, pillow, reel, garbage cans, various pieces of lumber, yard tools and figurines Debris is strewn around the boat, including plastic net fencing, coolers, a truck toolbox, open potted plant pots, rubber hose, plastic lattice, plastic storage bins, broken wood fencing and a sink Multi -trunk Rubber Tree - an invasive species with "Aerial Roots" which grow downward from limbs, seeking moisture. Once established, aerial roots become addtional trunks. One such large trunk has established itself close to the structure and is touching the eave of the east roofline. This is classified a dangerous tree by the City Arborist. Several other aerial roots extend into the boat and have caused holes in the boat through which additional roots are growing. This tree canopy extends to cover a large portion of the roof and a portion of the canopy is lying on the roof.
