I have received the information we have been waiting for. I
would like to set up a meeting for the next week with the City Attorney.
Does anyone have a day/time that does not work for them? Once I hear
from the group I will contact the City Attorney about the meeting times
available. Options would be good.
By my understanding the group will be representing the
HOA/boards for Ocean Oaks and Ocean Woods? Correct?

The City Attorney HAS received the title report. The 7
inch think report is being reviewed by him and his staff. I knew this
would have some history attached to it... I'll call him today.

Our contractor will be setting up an appointment this
month to trim our trees. I hope you will have a decision soon. Are you
going to survey the area and place stakes in the ground? I'd also be
interested in knowing which official record was utilized in making your

We need to get trees trimmed in preparation for
hurricane season, many of which are in the area that I believe should be

etc.
I had a NO MOTOR VECHILES signed installed on
the Ridegwood Ave side, in the City easement. There is a second sign on
order for the Harbor Dr sign.

First, thank you for the revised map
showing the entire City of Cape Canaveral property deeded in 1993, but
also identified as "roadway easement." . Also, Gloria will be out of
town next week, but I will be glad to host your birds eye view. I have
copied both Gloria, and Donna, president of the Ocean Woods HOA, who
might be available next week, and is the person most keenly in
interested in the area north of the sand path, while Ocean Oaks is
interested in the area south of the sand path.
If you would prefer that your birds eye
view be conducted with both Gloria and Donna present, we can defer until
the following week...your choice!
