As you know, part of the property is paved ROW and used as joint access for Ocean Woods and Ocean Oaks. If the City desires to proceed with this request, the City should determine whether it desires to reconvey the entire portion of Ridgewood extension or just the unpaved portion. Further, the City, as well as other utilities, may have some utilities within the Ridgewood Avenue extension. The City may want to consider a reservation of utility easement for the land if the City wants to reconvey all or a portion of the property. Let me know if you want to discuss.
