What is your concern?: Who is responsible for maintaining the property that is on a 50 foot easement owned by the city of Cape Canaveral? Who is responsible for watering the grass,
cutting the grass, and trimming the palm trees along the beach path? Who is responsible for enforcing golf cart use on the path? Ocean Oaks Condominium Association is on one side of
the easement and Harbor Heights is on the other side. Is it the city's responsibility to take care of this patch of land? Please advise.
