HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE Report a Concern (form) has been filled out on your site (2)I have a survey of a proposed right of way for the Ridgewood extension, but other than that I do not have anything else.
The building department should have records of these easements if any that we might have in this area. I received this copy from Jeff showing the proposed extension of Ridgewood, but
it is not including the pathway. There was also a Rocky Gram stating that this was a private ocean woods trail from Rocky. I have included what I have. The part that he says is City
property was never 100% in my past findings for this area.
Let me know if this helps,
Thanks,

I do not believe it is the City's responsibility.
Tim Davis has never trimmed or cut anything along this path, Greenleaf does not mow in this area and it is not on their contract to, so as far as I know, we do not maintain that section.
It has always been the Oceanwood condo's HOA.
We have an easement on little sections of this but other than that, we have not maintained this before.
Let me know if this helps.

Tim,
Can you shine some light on these questions for me? The dirt beach path behind Ocean Woods / Harbor Heights.
Who is responsible for maintaining the property that is on a 50 foot easement owned by the city of Cape Canaveral? Who is responsible for watering the grass, cutting the grass, and trimming
the palm trees along the beach path? Who is responsible for enforcing golf cart use on the path? Ocean Oaks Condominium Association is on one side of the easement and Harbor Heights
is on the other side. Is it the city's responsibility to take care of this patch of land? Please advise.
