Sure.. I have an appointment in the morning at 9 am and again at 2 pm.
Please give me a call on 407-595-3819. We received a complaint from a
neighbor about the dead grass from not watering and the palm trees along
the path that need trimming. Ocean Oaks waters its grass and trims its
trees. This weekend there was a person from Harbor Heights running a
golf cart up and down the sand path and then all over our lawn breaking
a sprinkler head. It was an adult male with three children on the cart
driving it as fast as he could with the children bouncing all over the
place hanging on for dear life. Then he let the girls ranging in age
from 9 to 12 drive the cart throughout Harbor Heights. I called the
police. I'm not sure if they caught him but what can we do in the
future to stop that kind of behavior. The girls could have gotten hurt
as well as anyone using the sand path from Ocean Woods to the beach,

What is your concern?: Who is responsible for maintaining the property
that is on a 50 foot easement owned by the city of Cape Canaveral? Who
is responsible for watering the grass, cutting the grass,and trimming
the palm trees along the beach path? Who is responsible for enforcing
golf cart use on the path? Ocean Oaks Condominium Association is on one
side of the easement and Harbor Heights is on the other side. Is it the
city's responsibility to take care of this patch of land? Please
advise.
