HomeMy WebLinkAboutOWHOA submits permit application for fence along portion of Ridgewood Ave ExtensionAll, FYI – The Building Department received the attached permit application from OWHOA to construct a 6 ft. high wood fence along approx. 90 ft. of the west side of the Ridgewood Ave. extension. In my brief communication with HOA Pres. Lugo, she indicated the proposed fence is intended to provide a degree of privacy and prevent vehicles from parking in and/or driving through to Ocean Oaks, who has allegedly had issues with vehicles coming through this area “doing donuts” on the Ocean Oaks lawn. She said it will not restrict any foot traffic through the Ridgewood Ave. Extension. Please let Mike German know if you see any issues.
