HomeMy WebLinkAboutFW Transfer of Ridgewood ExtensionHi Mike, Is Bob out of office? Todd From: Todd Morley Sent: Friday, November 9, 2018 9:29 AM To: 'Bob Salmon' <bsalmon@alleneng.net> Cc: Jeff Ratliff <J.Ratliff@cityofcapecanaveral.org>; Joshua Surprenant <J.Surprenant@cityofcapecanaveral.org> Subject: Transfer of Ridgewood Extension Hi Bob, As you may recall, the City of Cape Canaveral would like to pursue transferring ownership of a portion of the undeveloped Ridgewood Ave. Extension to Ocean Oaks, an adjoining property to the east of the subject parcel. See approximation sketch pasted below. Can you please provide a proposal to assist with a sketch of survey and legal description? Staff will need to meet with you on site to determine appropriate north and south boundaries. All easements will need to be represented as well. It is my understanding there is currently an existing access easement benefitting the Ocean Woods subdivision overlying a portion of the subject parcel. Additionally, the City will want to reserve access and utility easements over the entire subject parcel.
