Glo:
Attached is the package that I put together for the Ocean Woods sand
path. Note on the second map that the sand path lies entirely outside
(north) of the property deeded to the city in 1993, and found in Book
3332, pg 37. This strip of land runs 50' along the south side of the
sandpath to about the middle of the Harbor Heights cul-de-sac that we
see from our balcony.
I think what we have, north to south, is first the sand path with the
original easements fully in effect, having never been actually deeded to
the city,(again, note that from the map, the "sand path" easement
probably also includes the row of Oleanders on the south side of the
path, maybe an additional 5 feet); then the 50' of property deeded to
the city, and last, Ocean Oaks property.
