TITLE 01-17-2017 01-2017 amending Chapter 6, Article III of the Cape Canaveral City Code to clarify that drinking, consumption or possession of open containers of alcoholic beverages upon public dune crossovers is unlawful; providing for penalties for violations of Chapter 6, Article III of the Cape Canaveral City Code, including a Class I Civil Citation penalty 01-17-2017 02-2017 amending Appendix B of the City Code, related to assessment of Building Permit fees 02-21-2017 03-2017 amending Sections 50-4 and 2-283 of the Cape Canaveral City Code regulating sleeping and camping upon public streets and sidewalks, beach end streets, beach dune crossovers, beaches and parks; providing for procedures to remove personal property remaining in camp sites 04-18-2017 04-2017 establishing minimum dimensions for automobile parking spaces within the City 06-20-2017 05-2017 amending the City of Cape Canaveral Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Element by establishing a policy to authorize the City Council to issue Vested Rights Certificates vesting residential densities for certain existing condominium, townhouse or other multi-family development projects that exceed the current maximum residential densities established in the Comprehensive Plan in accordance with the terms and conditions of Land Development Regulations to be subsequently adopted by the City Council consistent with this Ordinance 06-20-2017 06-2017 adopted to implement City Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Policy LU-1.3.4; providing for an amendment to Chapter 115 of the City Code to establish a procedure and terms and conditions under which the City Council will determine whether to grant and issue a Vested Rights Certificate vesting the residential densities of a completed residential condominium, townhouse or other multi-family/apartment development projects existing on January 1, 2016 07-18-2017 07-2017 adopted in furtherance of the requirement set forth in Section 2.12(5), Cape Canaveral Charter; 2017 ORDINANCES ADOPTED NO. TITLE authorizing the issuance of not exceeding$6,200,000 Capital Improvement Revenue Note, Series 2017, of the City to finance the cost of a Multigenerational Center, Cultural Arts Preservation Enrichment (CAPE) Center and related Capital Improvements; providing for the Series 2017 Note to be secured by the City's Public Service Tax, Half-Cent Sales Tax, Guaranteed Entitlement, Communications Services Tax and certain Franchise Fees; authorizing the City's Financing Team to proceed to develop necessary documents 07-18-2017 08-2017 amending Chapter 98 of the Cape Canaveral Land Development Code relating to submittal, review procedures and criteria for Preliminary Plats, Final Plats and Lot Splits; creating a procedure for Lot Line Adjustments 07-18-2017 09-2017 amending Section 110-470 of the Cape Canaveral Land Development Code to allow fences and walls six (6) feet in height or less to be located within fifteen (15) feet of the public right-of-way on a nonconforming corner lot of record 10-17-2017 10-2017 amending the City of Cape Canaveral Comprehensive Plan Coastal Management Element to bring it into conformance with F.S. Chapter 2015-69, to include development and redevelopment principles, strategies and engineering solutions that reduce the flood risk in coastal areas; adopted by the City Council consistent with this Ordinance 08-15-2017 11-2017 prohibiting Medical Marijuana Treatment Center Dispensing Facilities from locating within the City; adopting other conforming amendments to the City Code to effectuate the prohibition of Medical Marijuana Treatment Center Dispensing Facilities within the City 08-15-2017 12-2017 amending Section 110-609 of the City of Cape Canaveral Land Development Code; clarifying that Hotels are a permitted use in the AIA Economic Opportunity Overlay District 12-19-2017 13-2017 temporarily delegating to the Code Enforcement Board the responsibilities to serve as the Board of 2017 ORDINANCES ADOPTED NO. TITLE Adjustment and Appeals for the enforcement of the Unsafe Building Abatement Code set forth in Section 85-56 of the City Code (Emergency Ordinance) 09-19-2017 14-2017 adopting the Annual General Fund, Wastewater Enterprise Fund, Stormwater Enterprise Fund, Enterprise Capital Fund, Special Revenue Funds, Capital Project Funds and Agency Fund Budgets for the Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 2017, and ending September 30, 2018 11-21-2017 15-2017 adopting amendments to the Annual General Fund, Special Revenue Funds, Agency Fund, Capital Project Funds, Enterprise Funds and Enterprise Capital Fund Budgets for the Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 2016, and ending September 30, 2017 01-16-2018 16-2017 amending Section 82-56 of the City Code to delegate to the Code Enforcement Board the responsibilities to serve as the Board of Adjustment and Appeals for the enforcement of the Standard Unsafe Building Abatement Code END OF 2017 ORDINANCES
