D. MISCELLANEOUS
1. The transfer effectuated by the Special Warranty Deed is a conveyance in lieu of condemnation for no
consideration, and as such, is subject to no more than the imposition of the minimum documentary
stamp taxes pursuant to Rule 12B-4.014(2)(a) and other provisions of the Florida Administrative Code.
2. Grantee and Grantor acknowledge and understand that the title insurance is based upon coverage in the
amount of$10,000.00, which represents the agreed and stipulated coverage amount appropriate for the
Property.
3. To facilitate execution, this Closing Statement may be executed in as many counterparts as may be
required, and it shall not be necessary that the signature of each party appear on each counterpart. It
shall be sufficient that the signature of each party appear on at least one counterpart in order for this
Closing Statement to bind all parties. All counterparts shall collectively constitute a single Closing
Statement.
4. Any party may demonstrate its acceptance of this Closing Statement by executing this Closing
Statement and then transmitting the executed Closing Statement to the Closing Agent via facsimile or
electronic transmission. Such a facsimile or electronic transmission, once received by the Closing
Agent, shall bind the transmitting party to the same extent as would delivery of this Closing Statement
(or a counterpart hereof) containing the transmitting party's actual signature. Notwithstanding the
foregoing, the Closing Statement shall not be binding on any party until it is signed by both the Grantee
and the Grantor.

5. The Closing Agent assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information furnished to it and
upon which the prorations and figures shown in this Closing Statement were based.
6. This Closing Statement has been examined and approved by Grantee and Grantor as of the date hereof,
and the Closing Agent is hereby authorized and directed by Grantee and Grantor to make disbursements
and close the subject transaction on the basis hereof.
