CAPE CANAVERAL RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD MEETING
JUNE 4, 1990

The meeting was called to order at 5:05 P.M. by Chairman Colin
Finnigan.
The minutes of the January 29, 1990 meeting were read and amended
to read -the final draft of the rules, regualtions and fees he
approved and sent to the City Council for their approval.
The motions was made by Nate Jones and seconded by William Schmidt.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
The April treasurer's report was reviewed.
The March and April activity reports were reviewed.
The Director's Report included:
. City Council's approval of rules and regulations on March 20, 1990.
.Lifeguard contract approval
. Easter egg hunt
. Spring Fling racquetball tournament
.Spring tennis tournament
.New programs/instructors
.Rockwell International request for use of facities
. Upcoming tennis tournament
. Summer recreation
.Facility improvement update
New Business
. 1990-1991 budget discussed, a tennis ball machine was added
to capital items request list
. 5 year capital improvement plan was discussed
Meeting adjourned at 6:25 P.M.
