David,
Before you left for vacation, you indicated that the City may have
found a contractor to assist with the demolition. I’d like to discuss
the City’s plans. Also, attached is a proposed Notice to Property Owner
that I would like to discuss as well. It may need to be revised
depending on our discussion.
