We are pricing the pool removal and are on hold for one of our subs to
send his proposal.
Our scope is as follows.
1. Remove debris at the double gate to gain access to the pool
area.
2. Disconnect electric and plumbing.
3. Remove the remainder of collapsed screen structure.
4. Pump water from pool.
5. Remove existing decking and haul off concrete.
6. Remove 3’ of tank to ensure at least 2’ of dirt coverage.
7. Fill remainder of pool with clean dirt and compact.
8. Install sod at pool area and any areas disturbed during this
event.
9. Replace any sidewalks broken during dire installation.
10. Price includes all equipment needed to complete this project.
11. Kinley will visit the site again and send a proposal the week of
3-25-18.
