What is your concern?: Home at 305 Surf Drive has junk and abandoned pool in overgrown back yard. This is evidently the source of the swarms of mosquitoes that have plagued our street
since long before the rains came. I have never seen the owner. There are two cars in the drive that do not appear to ever move. Especially concerned about mosquitos (Zika), but also
rats and snakes.
