Subject: 305 surf
This is from the property appraisers map search. Probably a
couple of years old. The roof and pool are clearly a problem by just
looking at the picture. The sanitary conditions, rats, mosquitos, pool
barrier deficiency, roof, maintenance problems, equipment, electrical
make this an unsafe structure. The mosquitos and mold make it a public
health issue. Nothing has been done in years.
