Subject: RE: 305 Surf Drive
Guys, I spoke with David after our call this afternoon to update
him. He is ok with moving forward with a new NOV for the pool under the
abatement code. He is also good with Mike sending a notice to owner of
305 Surf requesting an inspection.
I will speak to Bob Hoog and Mr. Campbell (next door owner to
305) about the our plan and timeframes.
