Dave,
I spoke with Jenn and she stated we cannot legally go onto Mr. Schmitz
property and secure the pool, however I asked her if we could, with Mr.
Campbell’s permission, put up safety fencing on Mr. Campbell’s property
to preclude anyone from entering Mr. Schmitz property and subsequently
the pool area. She stated we could legally do that upon Mr. Campbell’s
permission. She also confirmed my thoughts about foreclosing on the lien
and said since it is homesteaded again we cannot foreclose on the lien.
