HomeMy WebLinkAbout305 Surf DriveI spoke with Anthony late yesterday and determined the following approach for 305 Surf. We are going to take a dual track. One on the pool and one on the roof. The pool effort will be a new case with a new NOV for violations related to the pool and any other observed violations. For this effort, let’s utilize the abatement code. Give time to correct then take to the CEB and request authority for City to remedy the nuisance conditions if the owner does not. The roof effort will begin with Mike sending a written request (Anthony working on) to owner to include a date and time for an inspection of the roof. We can discuss next steps with Anthony. Obviouly, a 9 Novemebr CEB meeting is not needed as a new NOV will be sent.
