2 Make corrections where needed?
3 Remember to attach any additional information to the Issue ?
The attachment process is the same used in Purchase Order Process

If all is complete and attachments are saved
Click Save
After the Issue is saved it will be sent to the User .
After the USER has completed all the STEPS related to the ISSUE -The USER will Complete STEP 4
STEP 4 - Requester will receive an email Notification when ISSUE is Completed.
