HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE Sanitary Sewer Line (14) Guys: I think this is fine – it’s short and to the point. No matter what is put in writing, they will be at the City Hall door in a few days! In short, the City is able to support: * The installation of a gravity line (non-pressurized only) from the Holiday Inn to lift station #6; or * A temporary provision of sanitary service from the Port until a permanent solution from the south is available. As you know, the City has requested an easement from LBA north from Lift Station 6, and the developer has agreed, but only after 3 years have passed after market stabilization. As I have previously indicated, the City is willing to discuss the granting of sewer impact fee credits to help offset the cost of required line extensions. If you have any questions related to these options, or have any others, we would be happy to discuss them with your team. Hello Dave, Hope all is well with you. I’m writing in reference to your e-mail on Thursday March 8, 2018, which referred Richard to Ralph your public works person. It has been since Thursday afternoon Greg Crawford and Jean Abi-Aoun at Florida Engineering, have been trying to reach and or set an appointment with Ralph. They called and e-mailed as of this moment Ralph has not responded. If he’s on vacation or off duty, please let us know. Alternatively, please have him respond to someone, either at Florida Engineering or at Daniel Corporation so that we can bring this matter to a conclusion! Thank you.
