My EDC contact responded this morning. She is working on it and will be in touch soon. On another note – we are diligently pursuing options that would bring sewer and water north. Including but not limited to the hotel currently under construction – they are willing to give the City an easement that would connect the back of their parcel to the front (A1A). This would get utilities north of Imperial Blvd on the east side of A1A. From there it’s a straight shot to the piece you are interested in. We are looking at other options as well.
