I couldn’t find anything in the code addressing the situation with
Holiday Inn. I looked up force main, lift station and sewer and nothing
really applies. If there was anything to find, it would be in Section 78
and 98 – I checked both and found nothing. There is the section about
sewer within 150 feet of a property – but a septic couldn’t be built for
a hotel. Unless you or Ralph can find something………..
