Hi Laila.
We don’t want to put ourselves in a position that the provision of
basic services (wastewater and road access) has not been secured prior
to a zoning application being considered by the Planning & Zoning Board.
It would not be responsible to send out public notices for a meeting
date if we don’t have this information nailed down. Dave

I am in receipt of your e-mail to Mr. Jean Abi-Aoun Florida Engineer.
I was not aware that the application; would not be processed until the
waist water traffic study and easement agreement was needed in advance.
Nevertheless, they are all in process and will be provided to you. I
wish that you had told us prior to now.

I understand that we will have to provide you with the Traffic Report
and the sewer easement agreement for the project as indicated below.
We are working on both and we will provide them to you as soon as they
become available. It is my understanding that once we provide you with

Jean – as we discussed earlier, the application submitted by FEG on
behalf of the Daniel Corporation for the comprehensive plan amendment
and rezoning is not complete. Specifically, the application does not
include necessary documentation on how the site will be served with
wastewater (Sec. 110-741 of the City Code). Specifically, needed
easements from Port Canaveral that allows wastewater lines to traverse
its property. Also, traffic impacts and resulting improvements are not
indicated as required by Sec. 86-6 of the City Code. Once these items
are submitted, the application will be processed. Let me know if you
