The City’s goal is to assure access to the utilities, and 2. Owner’s goal is for the driveway to align with Thurm. • The area between the property line and the driveway is to be sodded. • The force main will be placed at a depth of 4-6 ft. All agreed there appears to be no conflict. Jeff will follow up with a letter to Tom Hermansen. We need to determine a route for the replacement force main so that we can move forward with design and installation this budget year – there are three options depending on the property owners. We have been in discussions w David and Todd about jointly applying to FDOT for a light at the Thurm intersection. If we were to be successful in that attempt it would impact the location of this easement. We need to plan accordingly if any changes are required. Installation of the force main at a depth of 15 feet or more would make any future repairs virtually impossible whereas repairs could be easily made if the force main were only 4-6 feet deep.
