HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE Pro Surf Concert - Parking Permissions NeededGood morning Bonnie, I looked up the Call One that you mentioned and that’s the same property they indicated on their event permit application. I have copied Eulan on this so he can clarify if need be. The primary lot listed on the application was the former Craig Technologies property (see image below) and as a secondary lot, they listed the Radisson. For the last major event hosted here, the property contact for the Craig Tech lot was Tom Hermansen. He was the one who authorized the property’s use by the Space Coast Arts Festival. I have put his contact information below. Tom C. Hermansen 941-587-2808 TomCHermansen@gmail.com <mailto:TomCHermansen@gmail.com> The secondary lot would need to be authorized by Mr. Baugher of the Radisson if that is still part of the plan. With the anticipated attendance at 2,000 people, parking availability is critical. <http://www.cityofcapecanaveral.org/> Molly A. I know everyone is all over the place with the holidays, but I wanted to touch base with you regarding the permissions for the off-site parking. That is the last bit of documentation we need to finish processing this event permit. I spoke with Mr. Middlebrooks and Mr. Czerwinski, from your office, and they indicated that you were securing the permission letters from the property owners of the off-site parking areas. We are eager to get everything squared away for this event so the staff at Florida Beer Co. can receive their permit without further delay. If you have any questions or should you need any additional information, please feel free to contact me at 321-868-1226. Happy Holidays! <image001.png> <http://www.cityofcapecanaveral.org/> Molly A.
