Dave,
This meeting was called so the City of Cape Canaveral could
request the appropriation of transportation impact fees to be collected
from several hotel development projects that will be completed in the
not too distant future. We need to know the details regarding project
scope such as location, estimated cost, probable schedule, and who will
have administrative responsibility (presumably the City or the
developers, but definitely not the County). If the City plans to
provide other sources of funding for the project or has the ability to
fund completion if the cost exceeds the transportation impact fees
available would also be helpful information.
