area Devoted to Landscaping.
Site plan criteria required under this chapter shall be as follows:
(1) Plan drawn to scale by an appropriately licensed design
professional, no greater than one inch to 50 feet, on sheets two feet by
three feet, showing the following site data:
a.Size, height, number of units and location of proposed and existing
structures and their relationship to property lines, setbacks,
easements, streets, etc.
b.Dimensions and total gross acreage of the site and percentage devoted
to structures and percentage of parking area devoted to landscaping with
curbs and water provisions.
