HomeMy WebLinkAboutCape Canaveral Master Plan - Phase 1Tom:
Please see attached.
At your earliest convenience, we would also like to discuss the City
easement through your property located at 8550 Astronaut Boulevard. If
you recall, we expanded this easement many years ago for the future
installation of Force Main No. 3. At the time, you had requested that we
install the force main at least 15 feet in depth. However, we would ask
that you reconsider this requirement so that the replacement force main
can be installed at a depth of 4-6 feet. Installation of the force main
at a depth of 15 feet or more would make any future repairs virtually
impossible whereas repairs could be easily made if the force main were
only 4-6 feet deep.
Thanks for your consideration,
Jeff Ratliff
