HomeMy WebLinkAboutRoad Easement discussionTodd,
I would be willing to make the case for the Port to provide a road and
utility easement from the
Southern end of the Columbia and south approximately 700 feet, however,
I do not believe I
I will be able to get the Port to fund the road improvements.
I might be able to make the case for the Port to Fund a portion
(150-200 feet that would get
us from the south end of Columbia to our 16 acre
Site to the south)
The balance of the road will need to be funded by others (Holiday Inn
Express Developer, Tom Hermansen,
The new proposed Hotel developer, and the City of Cape Canaveral).
Everyone is going to benefit from the road and thus should share in the
cost.
