HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE Permitting TimelineTom, in response to a possible timeline: * P&Z will consider the Site plan application on 11/15/17. * I have final approval responsibility when it comes to Site plans, so that can be finalized on 11/16/17 if there are no surprises from the P&Z Board. * At that point you can submit construction (building) plans to the Building Department to begin review. A project such as this may take 3 weeks for the initial review. The issuance of a building permit will strictly be a function of how many revisions/resubmittals of the plans needs to occur. * There is a Site Development Permit that deals with the erosion control, but that shouldn’t take any time at all (1-2 weeks). This can be submitted concurrently with the construction plans. That’s about it. <mailto:http://www.cityofcapecanaveral.org/> Launch your connection… <mailto:https://www.facebook.com/CityofCapeCanaveral> <mailto:https://www.instagram.com/cityofcapecanaveral/> <mailto:https://www.linkedin.com/company/city-of-cape-canaveral-the> <mailto:https://twitter.com/CapeCanaveralFL> From: Tom Hermansen [mailto:tomh@oceanpartnerscb.com] Sent: Friday, October 20, 2017 8:29 AM To: David Dickey <D.Dickey@cityofcapecanaveral.org> Cc: Oliver Cole <jcoliver3@gmail.com> Subject: Permitting Timeline David Was looking through the permitting process and am trying to put together a timeline. Since you know the process the best, can you sketch out for me the permitting timeline from the Planning Board forward. Tom C. Hermansen - President 3425 N.
