Bob – I spoke to John Pekar this morning regarding the Springhill
Suites site plan submittal. I understand that your engineer contacted
John yesterday and that they spoke at length. The bottom-line is that
the plans that were submitted are to be discarded and that we will be
getting revised plans in the next 1-2 weeks. This obviously will delay
when the site plan can be considered by the P&Z Board (we had discussed
a meeting in early October). I don’t want there to be any surprises for
you when the hearing will be held. We do have a meeting scheduled for
10/25, which is when the site plan for Springhill could be considered
depending on when the plans are submitted. Dave
