Good afternoon,
I have a box of Site Plans that have been dormant since January,
2017.
We are in the process of cleaning files, etc., in anticipation
of our move next month to the new City Hall.
I need to know:
1. If you can pick up the plans? If not, I will have to
send for shredding. There are several outstanding issues to address with
both John Pekar and Jeff Ratliff regarding the submitted package; a
revised package/plans would have to be re-submitted if you wish to
proceed with this application.
2. Who I need to reimburse the Escrow amount of $2,011.25
to if you do not wish to move forward with the application? I reached
out to Noel on 2/9/2017; he was to reach out to the applicant and let me
know how to proceed; to date, I have not had any further direction. I
reached out to Suzanne (left message) Accounts Payable at Ambassador
Lease Management Inc., since that is the name on the issued check
(#49640), on 7/7/2017 asking for direction to reimburse; to date, I have
not had a return call.
It is important that someone contact me otherwise; I will
proceed to have the reimbursement check sent to:
Ambassador Lease Management Inc.

However, I have heard that the warehouse site plan changed from what was

Good morning Noel. I have heard that the site plan that was
originally submitted has been revised. If so, can you provide me with an
updated version so I can be working from the most up-to-date document.
Thanks. Dave

Subject: RE: Site Plan Review Submittal
It was our understanding that the parking requirement for a
warehouse/storage was based on the number of employees at the largest
shift.
The proposed building is to be use for bulk storage where all
material is being handled by conveyors. Based on the info provided by
our client, the largest number of employees they will have is 4
employees.
The proposed parking is parallel parking's and located at the
east side of the building. The proposed east driveway width is 35' wide
and the parking spaces are shown to be 10' wide X 20 feet deep which
will allow for a 25' wide driveway. If additional parking spaces is
required, the reaming east paving could be used for additional parking
if required.
The parking and driveway width is shown on sheet C-3.
Please call or email if you have any questions.

Good afternoon,
I am in receipt of your application, review fees and 10 sets of
Site Plans.
Dave looked over the plans and would like you to justify why
only 5 parking spaces and please show driveway on plans. If it was
missed, please give me a reference page to double check.
I will also be routing the plans to J. Cunningham, J. Pekar and
J. Ratliff for their review. It they have additional comments, I will
forward to you to address before we can move forward with Planning &
Zoning Board review.
Thank you for your help.
