His recap: A+B = 56,000 SF of Office which would also be converted to office manufacturing C = approx 30,000 SF of office, clean rooms, and storage rooms. Can be manufacturing D = clean rooms and manufacturing (approx 35,000 SF I believe) E = 15,000 high Bay Area. Manufacturing and other storage areas including clean areas We can combine adjacent sections obviously and create new entrances.
