Do you have an address and/or pictures of the Dawn Mays building? Or,
should I call her direct? The timeframe may work. That said, if she is
redoing it- maybe she should give the client a crack at inputing the
layout. They only want 2,300 square feet of office.

Tom Hermansen said you are familiar with his building. His recap:
A+B = 56,000 SF of Office which would also be converted to office
manufacturing
C = approx 30,000 SF of office, clean rooms, and storage rooms. Can be
manufacturing
D = clean rooms and manufacturing (approx 35,000 SF I believe)
E = 15,000 high Bay Area. Manufacturing and other storage areas
including clean areas
We can combine adjacent sections obviously and create new entrances.
Total building is 161,000 SF.

Also, Dawn Mays can have 10,000 sf ready in 4 months if the client can
