I hear that they may be changing their plans for the building,
stormwater pond, etc.? Project seems to be in disarray so it doesn’t
make a lot of sense to reply to their engineer’s letter.

Dave contacted them, but to date, I don’t believe they have done any
follow-up. I will double check with him when he is back in the office
this afternoon.

Where do we stand on this project? John Pekar and I still have some
concerns.
Thanks,

Good morning Noel. I have heard that the site plan that was originally
submitted has been revised. If so, can you provide me with an updated
version so I can be working from the most up-to-date document. Thanks.

Subject: RE: Site Plan Review Submittal
It was our understanding that the parking requirement for a
warehouse/storage was based on the number of employees at the largest
shift.
The proposed building is to be use for bulk storage where all material
is being handled by conveyors. Based on the info provided by our client,
the largest number of employees they will have is 4 employees.
The proposed parking is parallel parking's and located at the east side
of the building. The proposed east driveway width is 35' wide and the
parking spaces are shown to be 10' wide X 20 feet deep which will allow
for a 25' wide driveway. If additional parking spaces is required, the
reaming east paving could be used for additional parking if required.
The parking and driveway width is shown on sheet C-3.
Please call or email if you have any questions.
