Hi Dave,
I hope all is well. In regards to the project status, our client;
Ambassador Services Inc. / Randy May, proceeded with expanding on the
size of his facilities on port property in order to quickly accommodate
impending cargo storage needs. This expansion on Port property reduced
the urgency to move forward with the permitting of the proposed
structure and site retention project as previously submitted.
As such, ASI and the adjoining property owners (Maysen and BRB) do not
have a specific structure planned at this time. However, they do have
an interest in proceeding with the development of the retention pond, if
City Staff is willing to permit the retention development without
permitting a structure.
If the Staff does not wish to proceed in permitting the retention pond
at this time, we will wait to do so until we have a specific structure
to permit.
