HomeMy WebLinkAboutCape Canaveral Hotel - Homewood Suites Site PlanHi Todd; We have investigated tying into the existing sewer system of the Homewood Suites Hotel sewer based on the as-built plans you helped provide us with. This will save us from going through Imperial and shorten the force main run. I am not sure if the City does have any utility easement over the sewer as we could potentially directional drill about 200 feet, from SR A1A, within the Homewood Suites Hotel parking area to connect to the sewer main assuming the Hotel owner and City agree. Let me know your feedback on this approach. Thanks Jean Abi-Aoun, P.E., Vice President, LEED® AP 5127 S.
