Thanks Todd.
Not to seem pushy, but we do have some urgency here becauce we
want Chris to have the benefit of the City's input prior to responding
to a request coming from Suraj whom we had a meeting with yesterday. He
is supposed to talk with Chris soon and get back with us.
Regards and thanks for your help,
Cole

Subject: Proposed Letter
Todd,
The contact at FDOT is Chris Cairns. I've included his
email contact here.
Also attached is a draft letter. Let me know what you
think. FWIW, the sooner we get this letter to Chris the better. My
preference would be to put it on City letterhead, scan it, and send it
to Chris today if possible.
Regards,
Cole
