Cumberland legal is pressing me for it as a condition of our official delivery of the site to them, which event triggers the timing on when they start paying us rent. CF received minimal comments on the building permit, we are rapidly concluding the demolition and tank removal, and the language and recording of the easement is looming as the only issue remaining with the site. Anything that you could do to speed up legal would be helpful.
