The CF attorneys would just like to review the document before

Cole,
I received it today. Just sent it around for City Staff review
and it looks good to me.
Assuming there are no outstanding Staff comments I will have it
to you by next Tuesday afternoon.
Is there any reason you do not want to proceed without it? It
will be as we discussed.

Todd,
Has legal finalized the easement? CF received minimal comments
on the building permit, we are rapidly concluding the demolition and
tank removal, and the language and recording of the easement is looming
as the only issue remaining with the site. Anything that you could do
to speed up legal would be helpful.
Regards,
Cole
