Subject: 8550 Astronaut update
Guys,
FYI –
Tom Hermansen said Craig Tech will vacate 8550 Astronaut Blvd. soon and
he could have a large part of the building ready on 60 days’ notice,
assuming no Tenant Improvements.
He has spoken to the EDC about Project Treo (light manufacturing with
15,000 sf – 40,000 sf contiguous office – no other details at this
time). EDC is steering this our direction. It would most likely come
with some AVT strings.
Also, he said he has received 3 other inquiries on this property in the
last week and occupancy looks very promising.
I will keep you posted.
Todd
