HomeMy WebLinkAboutHotels Motels for Sewer StudyJessica,
Joe from Raftelis contacted me yesterday and pointed out that the
coding for our hotels/motels reflects commercial. However the code for
Cape Canaveral defines these entities as falling in the Rental Property
category. As a result, to stay in line with our code(Attached) this
warrants the classification to be changed to Rental for: The Radisson,
Country Inn Suites, Cape Caribe, Residence Inn, and Homewood Suites.
Based on this , Obviously, the study done by Raftelis in February 2012
did not inquire, mention or take this into account. I am glad this has
been brought to my attention, but my predecessors were unaware of this.
I recommend we update these accounts………………………..any thoughts here?
Thanks,
John
P.S.--------I believe we are coming to an end for this
study---------Raftelis-------------seems to have everything they
need--------aside from these codes being updated.
