participants in this endeavor; but need to tie that participation to
sorting those things out that we enumerated. As you know, the port
doesn’t give an anything unless it gets something in return. We believe
our requests are reasonable, but of course, the CPA may very well have a
different position. We await their response so that we can move
forward.
