It was completely premature for me to send you that, as the likelihood of the end result looking like that are perhaps 1 in 20. I'll reiterate that I don't know what market demand will dictate we try to do on that site. Let's cross the bridge regarding planning when we actually have something to consider. With respect to the road work plan over Challenger and Discovery, I hope to hear back from the CPA regarding our requests shortly. I know they are working on it. I am hopeful that we can come to some mutually agreeable arrangement so that your plan can move forward. We wanted to talk with you about the use. So much of the EOOD is use-based. If we know that it will be one of the uses in the table it will be much easier to swallow than if it’s just inside and outside storage. As you know, we have high hopes for best uses throughout the city, especially in the overlay. I agree that we are not likely to get hotels and retail throughout all of the area, especially farther east in the overlay. My point is that an identified use will help. Looking forward to talking with you when you are ready. It's premature and I don't want to take time from both of you for something that may not happen for a while. When I have a prelim site plan for what we are considering based on actual live tenants in need of space, I will ask for a meeting with you and David. I appreciate your eagerness to help. As long as we can remain flexible within the Overlay district, I'm confident we can work together to find the best solution. Thanks for the offer to meet.
