HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE Demolition Permit - Spaceport Amoco (46)Hi Tom,
Yes, you would use the same Building Permit Application. Please
disregard the Checklist on the 2nd page.
Please list the Engineer’s information under the Engineer section (on
page 1), list the Building Demo Contractor under the Primary Contractor
Name section (on page 1), and list the Specialty Tank Removal Contractor
under the Specialty section (also on page 1).
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thank you,

Karen
As agents for the property owners, we are going to demo the building,
improvements and remove the tanks. We will then be closing that permit
before Cumberland Farms opens their Construction permit.
Do we still use the form you sent me for the demolition only and just
fill in the Specialty Contractor.
We will be using for our scope:
[a] a building demo contractor
[b] an environmental engineer for supervision
[c] a specialty tank removal contractor
Please advise.
Based on this limited scope of work, can you please tell me what item
on the Checklist will be required.
Thank you

David
Tried the building department on phone but only got voicemail boxes.
Need to complete a demolition permit for SpacePort.
I don't see that I can download the demo permit application.
Who can send me an electronic copy?
Thanks
