They won’t let me pay for it and pick it up without you signing
the form attached.
You can fill that out, notarized and email it back to me

Easier might be for you to:
[a] pick up the check for the permit at Hampton Inn Cocoa Beach
front desk (3425 N. Atlantic Ave, cocoa beach)
[b] take the check in and sign for the permit
