The Daniel Corp hotel project is at the point of potentially solving
the sewer service issue.
This is not at the DRC stage yet - but please review the attached and
provide initial Staff comments to all.
They understand they will need to produce a Port Easement.
I will forward your comments to the Daniel Corp.

Daniel,
I will forward the sketch for preliminary Staff review and get back
with you.
As has been discussed, we will want the record to be clear on these
points:
* The sewer line and its associated easement(s) will be
maintained by the owner of the hotel property for as long as they are in
use by the hotel property.
* When the City gravity line is available to the property, it
shall be connected to the hotel property and any other lines
disconnected, with all connection/disconnection costs paid by owner.
Just to be abundantly clear, we will place these conditions on all
approvals as the project moves through the P&Z and Council.

line for the hotel please take a look at it and review it and let me
know if you have any questions, comments or concerns.
The only thing that might change depending on what DOT has to say is if
we run it on the east or west side of A1A
