HomeMy WebLinkAboutCF Easement MemoCole,
Please find attached a Staff Recommendation to the P&Z Board that they
place two conditions on the SE approval regarding the temporary
easement. This will be presented by Dave Dickey to the Board tonight.
The conditions allow the project to move forward without delay as we
work out the details along the way.
I think you will find this is consistent with all we’ve discussed since
the beginning.
We truly appreciate and thank you, your partners, the Trust and
Cumberland Farms for engaging with the City toward redeveloping this
site and the opportunity to create a culturally-enriching community
focal point.
Sincerely,
Todd
